Volunteers needed for CHS Awards Night April 17

Parent volunteers are needed to assist before and during CHS Award night. If you are available to help with invitations, or help on the 17th with the reception, please contact Carole Petz.

CHS is seeking test proctors for the upcoming AP Exams ~ May 7th through May 18

Parent volunteers are needed to act as proctors (supervisors) during the end of semester AP Exams. Parents cannot proctor an exam that their child is taking. If you would like to learn more about proctoring for these exams, please contact Ronda Harris.

Please contact Project Graduation Chairperson Emily Weaver if you can help with any of these needs:

  1. Recruit junior parents to chaperone Project Graduation Party on May 20
  2. Request donations from local businesses for raffle
  3. Request donations from senior parents for raffle
  4. Coordinate baby photo contest
  5. Help sell/make/distribute cookie cakes as a fundraiser during last week of school and on Valentines Day
  6. Distribute Yard Signs to families of graduating seniors
