The Hardship Process provides a procedure for a student to be considered
for a Parking Permit after the regular application process has closed.
Some students may have a legitimate reason to request the Hardship Committee
to review their Application and to be granted special considerations.
All hardship requests must follow standard procedure:
1.A letter written by the student must be submitted according
to the published timeline.
2.The letter should present information relevant to
the student's attendance record and/or personal situation.
3.Documentation should be attached or facts presented
that support the request for reconsideration due to significant extenuating
circumstances as cited in the hardship letter.
Additional Rules:
To pick up a decal (once approved for the permit through regular or hardship process), students must bring the following to the distribution table/assistant principal’s office:
1) $50 Fee (check to CHS or cash)with the name of approved student on memo line
2) Drivers License of the approved student has drivers license. * License cannot be provisional. * Students cannot pick up decals for other students. Decals only sold to approved student (or parent with the student’s license in hand)
3) Vehicle Registration: * Cannot be expired by distribution date * Name on registration should match student or family on check * Vehicle should match insurance card
( Special Note: Religious holidays and school-related field
