What courses can I take?
Dual Enrollment students can take any college course; however, ACCEL funding for residents of Georgia will only pay tuition for courses in the five core areas of
Social Science, Science, English, Foreign Language, and Mathematics including Philosophy and Economics courses.
If you want to enroll in a math class above MATH 1111 (College Algebra), you will be required to take a placement test on one of the GPC campuses. AP scores can
also be used for math placement.
If you want to continue your foreign language study, placement is determined by the foreign language department.
As a Dual Enrollment student, you are eligible to take courses on any GPC campus.
In selected cases, Dual Enrollment students can take online courses as well. Online courses may require students to come to campus for tests.
